Well, its all done now! What will be will be! It was such a week its hard to explain in words. I went out to Berlin in the best shape of my life and my confidence was high after the times I had been running throughout the season. But this is different, this is the World Championships where you have 3 rounds in 4 days, its tough!

On the weekend of the 1st and 2nd of August I was at home competing in the Irish Champ's over 200m. It went well, winning the title in very windy conditions. I enjoy running over 200m, I dont always get the chance to do it, and having raced in Barcelona and in Monaco a few days before the Champ's, the opportunity was there to run over the shorter distance.

On Sunday, I travelled from Barcelona on to Monaco for a race on Tuesday. We arrived late on Sunday night, so had all day Monday to chill out and check out Monte-Carlo.

2nd - 45.48 : Well my sixth race brought me to Barcelona. The meet took place in the Olympic Stadium, and to be honest it looked like it hadn't been updated since 1992.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
