Preheat the oven to 200 degree c. In a bowl mix together lean organic mince, with finely chopped onions, garlic, lots of herbs such as parsley and chives, spices and seasoning like ground pepper and a little salt. Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl with olive oil, sea salt and some herbs. Spread the wedges out into a lightly greased baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown around the wedges. Back to the gilly burgers... Serve with a side salad.
